The Cemetery shall not be liable for loss, damage or personal injury suffered in, about or upon the cemetery properties from causes beyond the control of the Board, nor for any loss, damage or injury caused by the elements, thieves, vandals or miscreants, or by the unauthorized acts of persons not connected with the management.

 

In the event there are markers or monuments that are damaged or require repair or maintenance, the family of the deceased buried in that lot, crypt or niche is to be contacted and asked to have the necessary repair, restoration or other work performed.  In the event the family cannot be reached, or if the family is unable or unwilling to have the work performed, then the Cemetery, at its discretion, has the right to have the work performed and to be reimbursed by the family.  In the event reimbursement is to be sought, the family will be notified of that intention before the work is begun.
